Posee dos accesos,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0uno costero desde el ingreso a la ciudad, bordeando la zona de playas hacia el sur, hasta llegar al Paseo Punta Hermengo; y otro por Av. 26 hasta llegar a la rotonda del
lugar.<\/p>\n

Posee una extensi\u00f3n de 502 hect\u00e1reas y se diferencian tres espacios bien delimitados: el primero para producci\u00f3n, el segundo como reserva forestal y por \u00faltimo, 25 ha destinadas a la recreaci\u00f3n, estando surcado en toda su extensi\u00f3n por caminos y senderos, con diferentes grados de dificultad, que permiten recorrerlo, transitando diversos colores y paisajes.<\/p>\n

La oferta del Vivero se complementa con dos sectores de fogones, servicio de gastronom\u00eda, proveedur\u00eda, sanitarios p\u00fablicos, juegos para ni\u00f1os y balneario en la zona sur. Ente otras actividades, se pueden alquilar caballos, bicicletas, carritos a pedal, practicar tirolesa, trekking o mountain bike y para los m\u00e1s chiquitos, el caracter\u00edstico \u201cParque de Aventura\u201d. Se pueden encontrar especies como Horneros, Palomas, Jilgueros y P\u00e1jaros Carpinteros\u201d.<\/p>\n

Localizado en la Avenida 9 ente las calles 18 y 24, es un espacio natural utilizado para el paseo, descanso y esparcimiento, surcado por el arroyo \u201cEl Durazno\u201d.
Posee una especie de lago formado por un peque\u00f1o dique que retiene las aguas del arroyo \u201cEl Durazno\u201d, donde se puede practicar navegaci\u00f3n recreativa en botes impulsados a pedal y juegos de plaza. Dentro de este peque\u00f1o espejo de agua se encuentran dos islas artificiales, unidas
por peque\u00f1os puentes entre s\u00ed y entre su arboleda, se halla emplazada la Ermita de la Virgen de Sch\u00f6enstatt. Asimismo, se puede disfrutar del Paseo El Durazno, que posee amplias pasarelas y caminerias para los amantes del deporte.<\/p>\n
